Our Tourte de Seigle is a hearty 100% rye, sourdough bread that actually improves as it rests. The flavour settles, the crumb becomes perfectly tender, and the tang deepens.

We bake it Tuesday afternoon, let it sit overnight, and it’s ready Wed. Best enjoyed with jam, good butter or soft cheese from Tiny’s Cheese Shop

​Quick update: Wholewheat and Wholewheat Sesame will be off the menu Thu & Fri, and reduced on other days while we source a new stoneground organic wholewheat flour.
