Let’s find Samuel bird 🦅 tomorrow I plan on taking the girls to help drop off what we can at the Samuel Bird command post in Dawson Park. Samuel has been missing since June 1. His mother has been torture with pics and videos being sent to her and EPS isnt helping as it should. No mother should feel this pain and everyone deserves Dignity

Todays crumb shot my whole wheat sunflower flax sourdough have a pretty good crumb but are or the flatter side I’m thinking maybe more steam will help as the whole grains make it heavier and absorb more water so I have increased my hydration to balance that already.

What are your sourdough troubles? Maybe we can help and learn from each other 🙂

Baked Kreations is perfecting recipes to offer on a weekly basis. I currently have a very active starter (which was only half the sourdough battle) and decided to offer some starter to anyone who would like to join in my exploration into sourdough along side me!
