Happy Holidays to all our wonderful customers and followers!
This is one of our favorite Low Carb recipes, we always make a double batch as they freeze amazingly well. I love topping them with sugar free whip cream, sugar free syrup or even some all natural peanut butter! We do Not add the sweetener to the batter, as then we can use the pancakes for eggs benny bases or a sausage and egg “McMuffin”.
