πŸ˜‹Chef Fred made the beautiful dish on the left. He had a name for it. I don't remember what it is. It's actually really easy to do.
Seared Tuna steaks, raw mango, green onion, cucumber, snap peas, radishes, Bok Choy, mushrooms, sesame seeds and chili pepper. Served on a bed of coconut rice with garlic and ginger. The only it was missing was some lime.

For lunch. I took the little bit that was left over and made an Asian soup mix I had in the cupboard, with some Asian noodles.
Yum! Yum!

Alison shared this and I've been itching to make it ever since.
It was so good!! It did not disappoint the other cooks in the house. We'll be making it again for sure.
Just the right amount of heat and the right amount of sweet and I added a splash of lime to give it some brightness.
