Tweaked our sandwich bread recipe, to include more whole grain flour and less sugar, one plain, one with sesame and poppy seeds topping. Look forward to tomorrow’s Hong Kong style French toast, with Hong Kong style milk tea

Our famous Toffee CCC is back this week after a long hiatus 🍪

Made with browned butter, toffee bits, and Belgium bittersweet chocolate which perfectly balances the sweetness of toffee.

As we taunted this dessert since start of this season, finally we’re bringing our Tiramisu ☕️🍫to the markets this weekend. It’s packed in a cute box, super easy to transport, take to a picnic, or enjoy on your backyard deck.

Espresso syrup with a touch of rum
Mascarpone cream
Cocoa powder
Dark chocolate shaving

🥧Ruby Raspberry Tart: Short crust layered with raspberry jam, genoise, Ruby chocolate raspberry mousse, chantilly cream and fresh raspberry

☕️Tiramisu tart: Cocoa short crust layered with cocoa genoise, mascarpone cream, topped with organic cocoa powder and dark chocolate shaving

🍓Strawberry cream croissant: Our signature butter croissant, filled with chantilly cream and fresh strawberry

Orders are open on the website, pickup at Newmarket or Uxbridge farmers market next weekend

In the past months, we’ve developed new recipes, expanded our offerings, applied for more markets, and most important, acquired a production space for our ever growing business.

In light of the current situation in As a business in food and hospitality industry, we’ve made our 1st donation as such to World Central Kitchen, it provides meals to the displaced Ukrainians in neighboring countries, including Poland and Romania.

We urge everyone to make a donation, in this dark hour, to help those who had to flee their homes, to help those who’re fighting for their country, and for the freedom we all have!

🪴May we present you our newest product line, the Tart! 🪴
It’s been a lot of researching, testing, tweaking, sampling, through the past few months, and now we’re pleased to introduce:
- 🍓Strawberry Cream Tart
- 🍋 Classic Lemon Tart
- 🍐 Almond Pear Tart, my all time favorite
- 🍮 Parisian Flan
They’re available in different sizes to suit a party of 2 or a party of 10.

Seasonal tart will also be released as local produce becomes available.

We hope the introduction of tart will make us not only part of your daily life, but also your special occasions ❤️❤️
