Our Story

This bread is the true sustainer of life. Made with whole grain flours; given all the time needed to ferment and to be thoroughly cooked in the oven, and without the use of any chemical or artificial ingredients, is a really nutritious food, easy to digest and with a non sour delicious taste. Most of traditional breads from the north of Europe fall in this category. This is the kind of bread I bake and recommend to my customers.
