In life..it is SO hard to constantly be positive but it is ESSENTIAL. If you let all the hardships in life get you down, you'll never be able to see the good in every situation.
I don't know about you guys but my mind goes straight to the negative and it's hard for me to train my brain to think differently. It's like I have stop my brain mid thought and force the good s**t in there! LOL It's a PROCESS and I am still learning
BUT
The most important thing is to talk about it and to obtain wisdom from the positive people around you and be GRATEFUL that you have these people in your life. Just having those people in your life makes you richer than any millionaire.
