We’re Hiring: Produce Manager
Are you passionate about fresh produce, customer service, and leading a team? We’re looking for an Produce Manager to join our team oversee daily operations in our produce department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervising day-to-day operations
• Ensure high-quality product presentation and freshness
• Ordering, inventory control, and waste management
• Train, coach, and support produce team members
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with food handling standards
• Deliver outstanding customer service and product knowledge
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in retail or grocery produce (leadership experience an asset)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Passion for fresh food and customer service
• Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs and work in a refrigerated environment
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays
