Sandwich sourdough turned out amazing using milk. Dry happy with the crumb and super soft crust.

When your daughter asks you to make her a sandwich loaf sourdough to take on a camping trip you’ve gotta do it. I tried using warm milk rather than water as well as adding honey and oil. So far they are looking great, can’t wait to cut in and see the crumb.
