Dalina Specialty Coffees is all about sourcing exceptional, traceable coffees that tell the story of the people and places behind every cup, and the Gora Kone is one of their finest expressions of that mission. Harvested in the 2024/25 season, processed washed and dried on raised beds, and crafted from heirloom cultivars grown by small-lot producers who've been doing this for generations, this is the result of everything going right, from the farm all the way to your cup.

Coffee blending is one of the most overlooked crafts in specialty coffee. While single-origin beans get a lot of love for their unique character and traceability, blends are where roasters truly show their expertise: carefully selecting coffees from different origins, processing methods, and roast profiles, then combining them in just the right ratios to create something greater than the sum of its parts.

Think of it like cooking. Ethiopian beans might bring the bright, fruity notes. Brazilian adds chocolate and body. Colombian brings it all into balance. Get the ratios wrong and it tastes muddy. Get them right and it tastes like that's exactly how coffee should taste.
