Hello all stroop fans. We sold out a bit early the last 2 markets. We've lost use of our 20 qt mixer for a few months and are back to doing small batches and there are only 2 of us! We'll do our best to keep you supplied, but to make sure to have your fix, please come early to get your fresh stroopwafels and packages!

Stroop & Wafel is gearing up for a big bake in preparation for Christkindlemarkt in Pembroke this weekend. Three big pots of stroop ready to go!
But first we're off to Stonecliffe kitchen to make over 70kg of dough.

Hey Everyone! Stroop & Wafel is in Cobden this weekend for a HUGE Taste of the Valley! This market is so worth the drive and you can stock up on Stroopwafels at the same time. We’ve been baking up a storm and looking forward to seeing you!

Deep River, thank you! Thank you for your support and engagement with us this year. We love serving you and you make our day with the small chats and smiles you bring our way. We’re sorry we won’t be at the final market of the season this year but it’s for a very happy reason, as Claire’s son is getting married on that day! We’d love to see you in Petawawa next week at Taste of The Valley. You can also find us in Pembroke at the Christkindlmarkt in November. Check back regularly as we will post when weve done some baking and you can drop by the house to pick up a package or two during the winter months. We look forward to seeing you next spring!
