Tea launch!
I took your recommendations and tweaked my recipes and came up with these delicious flavours! If you’re a tea lover, indulge in some tasty tea flavoured cookies!
The first flavour you’ll see at the front of the cookie box is a perfectly chewy Earl Grey infused cookie with a tart and sweet, lemon glaze! (Your recommendations!)
The next tea flavour in the cookie box is a Matcha flavoured batch with white chocolate chips! Matcha is one of my favorite flavours (and personally my favorite flavour in the box!)
And last but certainly not least, the last flavour in the box that is tucked away at the back is a Chai Tea walnut cookie with white chocolate chips!
I had so much fun playing around with these flavours in the kitchen and I hope everyone gets to enjoy them!

Same dough, different temperatures
Fun fact. I use the same dough for each cookie recipe. Besides my double chocolate cookie dough. Sometimes I’ll add a different extract, obviously I’ll add different toppings and flavour boosters, but other than that, the base is the same!

So why are these cookies different shapes?

The freshly baked cookies on the tray have been baked at 325. The cookies had a chance to spread before the outside dough gets too hard to expand, leaving the cookie to have a fairly even texture through out. The outsides are still nice and crispy on the outside, but the inside isn’t as gooey and cakey. Whereas the Chai tea walnut batch was baked at 350. The outside baked much faster than the inside and didn’t have a chance to expand as much as the Earl grey cookies in the pan; resulting in thicker, gooey-er cookies.

I personally like a more spread out cookie, because I like the texture a lot more than the ultra gooey cookie. PLUS, it makes me feel like I have a giant cookie and leaves me feeling more satisfied (even tho it’s measured out the exact same 😜)

I also started adding in a pinch of cornstarch in my cookies to make them a lot softer and fluffier! With the added cornstarch, I DEFINITELY will need to bake my cookies at the 325 so they don’t dome and stay crazy gooey.

I just wanted to say thank you for all of your support. When I have cookie drops, the boxes sell out almost immediately and that is so so special to me. But because they sell out fast with very limited supply, I always feel so awful for everyone else who miss out. I just wanted to apologize to everyone who has ever missed out on a flavour you were hoping to purchase. I’m a single person home baker and can’t make much at a time. Those Christmas cookie boxes took me 12 hours to complete! 😱 But i am very happy with the quality and the presentation of them. 🍪
But you know, I would much rather sell delicious/loved homemade treats that are limited, than to pump out as much as I can that end up burning me out and aren’t up to my standards. Maybe in the future I could expand more, but for now, I just love baking and I love seeing the smiles on everyone’s faces after receiving my boxes!
I wanted to make this post because i genuinley feel so bad having to deliver the bad news to my customers.

I did some Christmas Baking for my family and wound up with 5 extra boxes for Christmas Cookie Boxes! There are 5 different Flavours!
1st is Santas favorite Chocolate Chip!
2nd is Double chocolate peppermint!
3rd is White chocolate cranberry with pistachio drizzle!
4th is a Holiday spice cookie!
And the 5th flavour is Strawberry shortbread thumbprints!
You can pop each cookie in the microwave for 10 seconds to get them soft and gooey once again!

Each box of these delicious home made cookies are going for $45. FCFS FREE DELIVERY within the City of Dauphin!

My favorite part of my mini cookie business..?
Is seeing my customers eyes widen up and the smile that spreads on everyone’s faces when I hand deliver my cookie boxes 🥹 it really just makes a person feel good about themselves. Thank you so much for all your support so far! ❤️🍪

I am always open to feedback from every one of my customers. There’s always room for improvement!
