Calling all Bread Heads!

We’re looking for a new baker to join our bread production team. Birdies is an exclusively sourdough bakery, where we mill local grains for all of our baked goods. Our bread program focuses solely on naturally leavened, slow fermented bread, and high quality, local ingredients. If you think you’d like to come nerd-out about bread and grains with us, send along your resume and cover letter to [email protected],

If you've been in the bakery over the past week, you may have noticed that we are selling out earlier than usual, or that our loaves are coming out in smaller batches.... this is due to one of our ovens experiencing some technical difficulties. But thankfully there is a replacement part on the way and we are hoping to be back up to full capacity by early next week! 🤞 In the meantime, we thank everyone for their patience and want to let you know that we are working to get as much bread to you lovely folks as possible! 🍞
