Our bakery offers you a variety of bagel flavors boiled in a water and molasses mixture. This is the first bagel shop that makes bagel hand-rolled and baked in a wood-burning oven in Halifax. It gives you an experience of hot and fresh quality bagels just coming out of the wood oven.
