🍂 A little Thanksgiving weekend announcement 🍂

This Thanksgiving weekend will look a little different around the Pie Pantry this year. ❤️

I won’t be taking any pre-orders for Thanksgiving, as I’ll be stepping away from the ovens and into a very special role — maid of honour in my cousins wedding! 🥰💍

While I won’t be filling pre-orders this year, I will still have a small handful of pies available for anyone hoping to bring a little homemade goodness to their Thanksgiving table. They’ll be available on a first-come, first-served basis while they last.

Thank you, as always, for your patience and understanding. I’m so grateful for all of your support and for the little community that has grown around my baking. ❤️

This year, I’ll be trading pie crusts for wedding bells, and I’m pretty excited about it. 🍂🥧💍

Sometimes the best things come from happy little accidents. 🤎

Today’s sourdough focaccia was born from an overproofed dough that had other plans… and I’m certainly not complaining! 😂✨

Crispy, golden edges, a soft and airy centre, and plenty of that delicious sourdough flavour. Sometimes in baking, you just have to roll with it—and let the dough do its thing.

Fresh sourdough focaccia is available today! 🌿🥖

I have a brown sugar cinnamon focaccia (I know, I can't leave the cinnamon buns behind 🤣.) with a cream cheese icing.

And two sundried tomato Parmesan focaccia as well! 🍅
