Taking pre-orders for Sept 19th Cranbrook Farmer's Market! These are “cheeseburger” cupcakes (vanilla cupcake with buttercream toppings and a brownie burger center) served with a side of “French fries” (sugar cookies) and “ketchup” (strawberry compote) to dip! Take this pack home for $12 and includes a cute takeaway box as shown.

Trying out a new cupcake concept outside of the floral bouquets! What do you think? Would you want this for your 50th birthday - or any other number?

A sneak peak of what I’ll be making at the next farmers market!

Make these Oreo Brownie Cookies with me 🍪
Like and save this for later - Happy Baking!

227g or 1C softened butter
150g or 3/4C brown sugar
50g or 1/4C granulated sugar
Cream together
1 whole egg and 1 egg yolk
Add to butter/sugar mix
Add 2 tsp vanilla
In another bowl:
290g or 2 1/4C all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
Whisk together dry then add to wet ingredients - fold in
Add 8 crushed Oreos
And 1 C cut up brownie bits
Scoop and chill for 1 hr
Bake on parchment lined pan at 350 degrees for 12-14 min
Let cool completely
Optional:
Drizzle chocolate syrup and top with a whole Oreo
