A sneak peak of what I’ll be making at the next farmers market!

Make these Oreo Brownie Cookies with me 🍪
Like and save this for later - Happy Baking!

227g or 1C softened butter
150g or 3/4C brown sugar
50g or 1/4C granulated sugar
Cream together
1 whole egg and 1 egg yolk
Add to butter/sugar mix
Add 2 tsp vanilla
In another bowl:
290g or 2 1/4C all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
Whisk together dry then add to wet ingredients - fold in
Add 8 crushed Oreos
And 1 C cut up brownie bits
Scoop and chill for 1 hr
Bake on parchment lined pan at 350 degrees for 12-14 min
Let cool completely
Optional:
Drizzle chocolate syrup and top with a whole Oreo

I’ll be at the Cranbrook Farmers’ Market this Saturday, August 8, and I’m bringing something new!

Introducing my Cheeseburger Cupcake Meal.

Each takeout box includes:

🍔 A vanilla cupcake “bun,” a brownie “meat patty,” and buttercream icing “lettuce,” “cheese,” and “ketchup”

🍟 Sugar cookies “French fries”

❤️ Buttercream icing “ketchup” for dipping

Everything is dessert!

These will be available for pre-order only, as I’ll have a limited quantity available.

I’ve got Christmas in July taster boxes, Nanaimo bars, butter tarts, carrot cake cookies, vanilla sprinkles cookie, triple chocolate (chocolate sugar cookie with chocolate ganache and homemade brownie bits), and Biscoff cookie butter cookies!
