I love being asked to be a part of special celebrations and events. It’s an honour to be asked, and I’m so grateful every time.

Meet Kaia.♥️ Feb 23, 2021 Kaia was diagnosed with nephroblastoma, which is commonly known as Wilms tumour. She under went a full nephrectomy (8-10 hour surgery) on March 1st, 2021, followed by an ICU stay and a week long surgical stay.

After being released they immediately called Ronald McDonald house their home. Kaia was stage 3 and had to endure radiation and chemo for approx 8 months.

She recently celebrated her 5 years of kicking cancers butt. She still struggles with the effects of having harsh chemo and radiation but she is now considered a long term follow up and can be the care free girl that she should have been all along.

🎉🎉Let’s celebrate with Kaia, her 5 year milestone and what a fighter she is!!🎉🎉

Please share her story and bring awareness, not only to pediatric cancer but to kidney cancer as well. I will be posting a story of her journey in the comment section.♥️🎗️

What is your biggest pet peeve while baking?? Mine is having to scrape the mixing bowl. Honestly, it tans my hide. Why did I pay $600 for a mixer that I have to stop and scrape the sides so the ingredients will be mixed properly?! Do better KitchenAid 🤦🏻‍♀️
