Diwali is the celebration of triumph of light over darkness. It's a time to share love and sweet treats with friends and family. Here is my first attempt at Pistachio Burfi (Fudge) with saffron and cardamom. Big shoutout to my friend who just launched her first children's book, "Archie Celebrates Diwali".
