Sweet Potato Brownies 🍠 Don’t hate on them until you’ve tried them!! They honestly taste just like a regular fudge brownie! These chocolatey-gooey-goodness bars are one of my favourite go-to snacks. Made with sweet potatoes, cocoa, ground nuts and oats, maple syrup, and coconut oil

Sometimes I add one of these on top:
🥜 Fatso salted caramel peanut butter
🍫 chocolate chips
🥥 baked coconut flakes
🍦 Rocky Point Ice Cream
🌰 any type of nut: pecan, almond, etc.

Hey everyone! With the holidays right around the corner and things looking a little different this year, I wanted to put something together that would make for a fun activity to do at home as well as giveback to the community!

I will be selling these DIY Gingerbread Men Decorating Kits on selected dates for the month of December. Each kit is $35 and includes: 6 extra-large gingerbread men, 6 bags of assorted candy/sprinkles, candy canes, and 3 bags of icing.

Partial proceeds from every kit sold will go to the Tri-City Transitions Society. The Tri-City Transitions Society provides emergency shelter and social support to families experiencing intimate partner violence in the Tri-Cities ❤️

Selected dates to receive a DIY Gingerbread Men Decorating Kit are: December 4th, 11th, or 18th.

One big THANK YOU to everyone who placed an order for my Bakers Against Racism Bake Sale! None of this would have been possible without your support! 💛 $750 was raised and evenly divided and donated to the Vancouver Black Therapy & Advocacy Fund and the Urban Native Youth Association. I was overwhelmed with how many orders flooded through, you sure kept me one busy gal for 8 days! 🙏🏼
For those of you who missed my IG stories yesterday, I had mentioned that I was having difficulties reaching the original Indigenous charity that I had chosen. Majority of you voted that I donate the money to another charity so that is what was done! $375 has been donated to the Urban Native Youth Association’s Youth Safehouse! The UNYA’s Safehouse is a supportive, non-judgemental place where youth can focus on their goals and work towards making positive change while having a safe place to stay.
Thank you again, I’m so happy to see this money go to two very special charities that are making a difference in our community 🤗
