May was a whirlwind - I had 2 markets back to back weekends, and 1 full weekend market (Sat & Sunday) plus a bread drop for my local customers in between it all & celebrated another year around the sun🥳🎂
May this year was one for the books in my micro bakery life😀thank you for every visit, every purchase and every review! This is the best job I’ve ever had🥰🫶🏻♥️🍞🥖🌾🙏🏻

Dave’s Killer Bread sourdough version😀🌾

For years I bought this from Costco and when I found the copycat recipe sourdough style I had to of course try it! I’ve made it a couple times now and it is such a delicious flavour for a seeded loaf.
I incorporated freshly milled spelt flour and I performed a fermentolyse on this batch.
My only add on is the spelt flour I used 200 grams for this 2 loaf batch.
It’s soft and moist and tastes incredible with freshly milled flour, but if you don’t have that use as the recipe calls for which is both wholewheat and bread flour.
