You can enhance the flavour and aroma of your sourdough by just adding 10% of rye flour, the nutrients in rye also help the dough proof quicker

Some ppl like open and airy crumbs, for me, this is just right 😆 butter can hold on bread and u have enough crumb to chew on 👍🏻
