Maraschino Cherry Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Okay, these are so good! I know they are pure sugar but I actually like maraschino cherries. 🤫🍒

I wanted to make something with red in it for Valentine’s Day. So this is what I came up with!

Baked up three different kinds of cookies for some special people who will be receiving these tomorrow. 👩🏼‍🍳

Using up the last remaining cookie jars. Here’s what I did differently.
I used egg replacer instead of eggs and vegan butter instead of butter. The dough was a little dry due to using egg replacer so I added a tiny bit of oat milk…could’ve used more vegan butter too. I also used my big dough scoop so these are bigger than I usually would’ve made. I cooked them for 18 minutes until they were starting to turn golden brown. Let rest on the sheet for a few minutes and transferred to cooling rack. I got 21 cookies out of this batch. My family approved!👩🏼‍🍳🍪👩🏼‍🍳

Christmas Cookies Blow Out Sale 💥

I have a few cookie jars left over and need to sell. I have two options for you!

1) dry ingredients only $10
You will not get the jar. The dry ingredients will be poured into a ziplock bag with the instructions pasted on the bag.

2) fully baked cookies ready for pick up $20 (each batch makes up to 24 cookies or one 7x11 pan of brownies)
24 hours notice for baked cookies. Pick up is after 4pm M-F, more flexible on weekends.

This is what’s left (Updated Jan 10):

Brownie x 1
M&M x 4
Chocolate Peppermint x 2
Cranberry chocolate chip x 1
Cranberry white chocolate chip x 1

I require prompt pick up please and E-transfer payment to secure your order.

Vegan Black Forest cake.

I received a new cake decorating kit for Christmas so tried it out. This cake was requested by my sister-in-law for our Christmas dinner. It didn’t disappoint! Soooo yummy!!

I made a Pina Colada Cake this past weekend for my mom’s 75th birthday. She loves Pina Colada’s so I decided to create a cake that encompassed the beverage. It was a great hit!
