🍎🍂 SEASONAL FLAVOUR ALERT ! 🍂🍎

APPLE CINNAMON SOURDOUGH IS BACK ! 🤎🍎

One of last fall’s popular flavours is officially making its return! 🎉

I’ve started baking these loaves again, and they’ll be available throughout the fall and winter seasons. I know some of you who have been following along since the early days of Manuels Bread and Bake Co. will remember this one, and I’m excited to bring it back for another season!

What makes these loaves extra special? ❤️ The apples come straight from the trees in my own backyard, grown from seeds I planted when I was younger! 🌳🍎 The trees have been especially generous this year, so I’m hoping that means even more apple cinnamon sourdough for you to enjoy!

You’ll be able to find these seasonal favourites during my weekly restocks at both Newlander Meat Shop and Taylors Fish & Veg Market throughout the season.

And if you’re visiting me today at the Manuels River Business Exp, I have a few of the very first loaves of the season with me! 🍎

There’s something extra special about bringing back a favourite, especially when it’s made with apples grown right in my own backyard. I can’t wait for you all to enjoy these again!

🍎🍂Who's ready for a little throwback flavour?

Apple Cinnamon Sourdough is making its way back to Manuels Bread and Bake Co.! 🍞❤️

This was one of the flavours I offered last fall, and it had quite a bit of demand! I only ran it for a limited time before I ran out of applesauce, and I know some of you who have been here since the beginning might remember this one❤️

Since then, we've grown so much, and there are so many new faces here who haven't had a chance to try it yet!

So, I'm making more applesauce to bring this fall favourite back, using apples from the trees right in my own backyard. 🍎🌳

The apples are cooking down, and I'm so excited to bring this one back for both my longtime customers and all the new faces who've joined along the way!

🌼 Important Update 🌼

To ensure I’m allowing myself at least one full day off each week and maintaining a healthy work-life balance, I have made the difficult decision to at least temporarily pause weekend house pick-up orders.

This decision allows me to focus on family time, mental well-being, to help make sure i am able to stay organized, restocked and properly prepped for each new week.

At this moment, I don’t have a timeline for resuming pick-up orders if i do but should anything change in the future, I’ll communicate updates clearly.

✅ Weekly restocks at Newlander Meat Shop and Taylor’s Fish Market will continue as usual.

Spruce Tip Sourdough 🌲

Naturally leavened and infused with hand-harvested spruce tips, this loaf has subtle notes of citrus, pine, and forest-fresh aromatics. Earthy, bright, and perfectly balanced — you’ll taste it, but it won’t overpower.

Crispy crust. Soft, open crumb.

Available this week only and in limited quantities.

🌿 Perfect with butter, soft cheeses, or enjoyed all on its own.

- Spruce tips were hand picked by Brandon Evans as well as i picked some myself from my own backyard .

I’m so excited to introduce something new to the lineup… freshly baked baguettes!

These baguettes are made with my sourdough starter and a small bit of yeast, giving them a beautifully crisp crust, a light and airy interior, and a mild, well-balanced flavour. Perfect for sandwiches, garlic bread, soups, or simply enjoyed fresh on their own.

Simple ingredients, thoughtful fermentation, and lots of care go into every batch — because good bread doesn’t need to be complicated.
