These baguettes are made with my sourdough starter and a small bit of yeast, giving them a beautifully crisp crust, a light and airy interior, and a mild, well-balanced flavour. Perfect for sandwiches, garlic bread, soups, or simply enjoyed fresh on their own.
Simple ingredients, thoughtful fermentation, and lots of care go into every batch — because good bread doesn’t need to be complicated.
