If you're looking to order for November, December, AND January; please read carefully:

All orders for November and December will require 2 WEEKS NOTICE!
All orders for December AND January must be booked by December 12! Yes, January, too!

✨ C H A N G E S
But don't worry! Changes may be made up to 1 week before pick up (pick up day/time, flavour(s), size/servings/quantity and design)
So if you're not totally sure of all the details at the time of ordering, just let me know and give me an estimate so I can Quote you accurately and book you in!
Deposits are due ~2 weeks in advance, and final payments ~1 week in advance.

🏠 P I C K U P S
Any Orders due the same day as a Market, will need to be picked up the evening before the Market, at the Market, or in the evening after the Market.
(Take a Shot every time I say Market! 🥃)
MARKET DATES: November 21, December 5, and 13.
Otherwise, Pick Ups are available between 11am and 9pm Friday to Wednesday, and between 5pm and 9pm on Thursdays.
All Pick Ups are by appointment only!

My Current Schedule:
Monday I'm closed!
Tuesday and Wednesday are my dedicated evenings for Admin, but extenuating circumstances may cause delays at any time. I often update on my Stories if something comes up.
Admin mostly covers Quotes and Order Confirmations. I try to get back to other messages as needed.
I work Thursdays until 4-ish! And as needed.
I Bake as needed, with Pick Ups usually Thursday through Sunday. But it all depends on when clients need their orders and that can affect admin availability, too.

We are officially into Holiday and Market Season, and I have to be stricter about my deadlines to avoid stress, rushing, and mistakes.
It's very unfair to clients who provide ample notice, when I'm putting them on the back burner to accommodate last-minute orders.
I understand things come up: clients find me last-minute, you thought someone else ordered the cake but they didn't, your original baker cancelled, etc. I truly love to be your solution! But I am just not in a position to manage last-minute orders at this time.

Thank you so much to everyone who supports me!
I sympathize with anyone who may miss out due to my schedule over the next few months, but I hope I'll get to bake for you in the future!

If you're looking to order for November, December, and January; please read carefully:

I will also be putting more responsibility on the client to follow up. I'm honestly just struggling to keep up. I've been asking clients to confirm their Pick Up Appointment by a certain deadline... and that hasn't been going very well. But I really need your help here! I'm not able to be as hands on and flexible as I am in the slow season.

I appreciate everyone who supports me so so much. And just because I'm busy, doesn't mean I don't need your business. Please remember that I do this alone, I have another job, and struggle with my health often. But even if I didn't, being busy is good! And I'm not too busy for you. I just need a stricter schedule and boundaries so that I can rest, and be at my best, so your orders will be too. 🩷

🥧 Happy Thanksgiving! 🥧

Thank you so much to everyone who ordered for this weekend! Seeing so many familiar faces just means the absolute world to me. And just knowing that things I baked; fresh, from recipes I developed, made locally and sustainability, are gracing your holiday tables is just an indescribable feeling. Like I baked something for you and your loved ones, and you could be enjoying it right now. That's insane, and I'm just so so grateful for your support.
Whether you follow my journey, engage, or order - I'm so grateful for you! 🩷

Over the past few days, I did 6 Pecan Tarts (3 that didn't make it 😭😅), 3 Pumpkin, 2 Peach, and 2 Apple
6 Flavours of Cookies, 12+ of each! (6 Cookie Boxes)
3 Flavours of Cupcakes, 12 of each (x2 12pc and x2 6pc Cupcake Boxes)
24 Cinnamon Rolls
And a 6'/4" Tiered Vanilla Cake with a Jumbo Cupcake!

I also made a pumpkin cake with caramel filling, a pumpkin tart for us and one for Beau, as well as the leftover cookies and cinnamon rolls for my family.
No time or energy for mom's caramel apples, but she'll get them next weekend 🙈 ...and the next weekend... and at Christmas... 😂

Lots of baking this week, and I'm looking forward to a rest!
I hope to get back to some messages tomorrow, if not Wednesday.
