These might just be my best loaves yet!

One thing I’ve learned since starting this little bakery is that sourdough is so much more than mixing flour, water, starter and salt.

I’ve been really proud of the loaves I’ve shared with you so far, but behind the scenes, I’m always tweaking and learning — fermentation, dough temperature, shaping, proofing, oven temperature, timing… all of those little details can make such a difference in the final loaf.

So excited to package these for everyone today! Hope you enjoy them as much as I did baking them for you! 🥰
