First Christmas cupcakes of the season!
Starring a chocolate espresso cupcake topped with a peppermint buttercream, and a holiday spiced cupcake topped with eggnog buttercream!
These cupcakes broadcast a variety of different flavours with a mix of spicy and sweet, and rich and cool.
Decorated perfectly for the Christmas season, I love how these cupcakes turned out!

Another awesome birthday cake that was super fun to make and came out exactly how I wanted it too! This cake was a family recipe that was shared with me so l could help make their birthday as special as possible! So thankful I get to be a part of these special occasions!

18 is one of the biggest birthday celebrations out there, and I'm so grateful I got to make the cake to help celebrate! This cake is going up into my top 3 favourite cakes that I have decorated, this cake was so fun to make and it came out beautifully! And of course, it's also my favourite flavour, carrot cake with cream cheese icing so, it smelt amazing in my kitchen the whole time I was making it.

I hear wedding bells, and see a wedding cake!!! This three tier weeding cake had three flavours. The bottom tier was a lovely red velvet, the second tier was a carrot cake, with a lemon cake on top. The whole cake was iced with cream cheese frosting.

I loved this gold and navy blue themed wedding, I was so excited and grateful to have the opportunity to help a couple celebrate their special day 10/25/24💍👰‍♀️🤵‍♂️

So so so grateful to be able to be apart of this amazing fundraiser gala put on by the Cochrane Pregnancy Care Centre! I believe the cake was auctioned off for around $500! And of course all proceeds went to the cause😊Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to donate a cake.

This lovely red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting is my new favourite from this year. With its almost secret garden theme and soft subtle colours. The icing drip is something new to me that I’m trying out and I’m surprised how much I love it!

I would call this a perfect end to an awesome year for Coyote Creek Baking co! I can’t wait to continue to see it grow as I expand into the world of home baked cakes!!!! Our next journey will be the Cochrane Christmas market and I can’t wait!

We started with the gender reveal cake, then the baby shower. And now we get to help celebrate her first year! So happy I could help make this day memorable by incorporating this little girl’s favourite movie the Lorax! Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting with a side of red velvet cupcakes topped with cotton candy! Can’t forget the O’HARE air bottle smash cake! If you’ve seen the movie you could recognize the iconic truffula trees. This has been my favourite job yet and I can’t wait to help her celebrate more birthdays!

I had so much fun with this cake for the big hill west 4h club’s achievement day! Red velvet is the most popular (and delicious) flavour there is.
