Meet the team…
I, Elsa, am the owner and operator of Millstone Bread since April 2021.
On my day to day, I open the store, do deliveries, and support my staff where it’s needed. I prep for the next day, de-pan for the front, and make garlic cheese. I work midnight on Saturday and do basic book keeping on Sunday. I organize and send orders, run social media and more.
I could not run my business so successfully and smoothly without the staff that I mentioned in previous posts. It truly takes a village and I’m lucky to have an amazing one. I have friends, family, customers, previous staff, retired owners and so many other people in my corner. I have grown so much as a business owner and I learn new things about myself and the business every day. I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity, my career, all the people who have made it happen. Thank you to the staff: my current, previous and future staff- Millstone Bread wouldn’t be functioning without you.
