Hildergard's Swiss Style Cookies I make cookies from old recipes. My place of business is at shows and they can also be picked up at my home by prearrangement.

Only freshly baked cookies are sold, non pre-frozen, but they do freeze well, if you want to stock up at my shows. Swiss Style Cookies from old original recipes

After an extended period, my Cookie webpage is finally up again!

This year, the orders for Christmas will have to be in early, Last orders will need to be picked up by December 7th, as I will be unable to bake/produce anything after that date. Every order will be baked 1-2 days prior.
In order to do that, some planning at my end goes into it, and I am asking, that ALL orders will be in latest by November 7th, as by that date, I'll be busy with the orders to be mailed out.

Cookies stay fresh for up to 6 weeks in a cool place but if it's your preference, they could be frozen in the package.

I also produce two additional cakes, they are only available for pick-up and will not be on my webpage. There are no pictures available now and I do not have the price yet but will post it as soon as I do them on a trial run. They are:
Black Forest Cake (Whipping cream and Sour Cherries in a layered Chocolate biscuit), and Charlotte Royal ( white biscuit with Raspberry Jam, a generous filling of Diplomate cream=Vanilla cream with pineapple and whipped cream). Both cakes contain Kirsch, a Swiss liquor. They can also be frozen, but need to be thawed in the fridge for 6-8 hours.

send out but got hit with them. Arranging myself with the people about cost (UPS) took a significant amount of time, but now, it's over, only 3 more to send out.

I have had an overwhelming response to the Cookie orders and am sorry to say, I cannot accept anymore orders at this point. I have to fill the accepted orders first!
If you want to take a chance ordering anyway you can, by the 18th this month I will see, what I can still produce and will give you an answer than. They will not be available, prior to the 22nd of this month.
I am very sorry, as I know, I will disappoint some of my customers, but there are only so many hours in a day!
