Promontory Bread Hut

After a lot of thought, I’ve decided to close the bread hut indefinitely.
Life has gotten busy, and right now my attention and focus need to be with work and life outside of work.

What started as a simple idea turned into such an amazing journey, and I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who supported me along the way — whether you stopped by once, came regularly, shared kind words, or encouraged me from afar.

Thank you for being part of this chapter. I truly appreciate every loaf, every conversation, and every bit of support. For now, the bread hut doors are closing, but I’ll always look back on this experience with so much gratitude.

Hello friends,

I wanted to share a quick update with all of you following tomorrow’s bake day. I will be pressing pause on the bread hut for now, due to a city related matter that I need to sort out.

I am incredibly grateful for all of your support, kindness encouragement, along the way. You’ve made this little stress hobby something really special.

For the person that had time on their hands and decided to contact the city, I have a short little message for you….This little hut was never about business for us, it started out as a simple hobby and grew into something so much more meaningful. The connections, conversations, and sense of community that came from sharing my bread with all of my friends, truly meant the world to me. You see I have a full-time job where I care from the heart for others, and making a complaint about a license to the city, shows that not everyone shows the same care for others that I do. I could say so much more and even point you in the direction where to focus some of your time and energy, but this is all I will say for now.

I will keep you posted as we figure out the next steps. In the meantime, thank you for being a part of this journey with me. 🩵
