Not the best picture, sorry! These are called nun farts or Pete de soeurs, I promise it is an authentic French dessert despite the funny name lol.
Preheat oven to 350. Easiest way is to buy Pillsbury crescent rolls ( or puff pastry sheets), roll it out and brush with butter, sugar and cinnamon. Roll it back up and then cut into little rounds about an inch thick. Lay the swirls into a greased baking dish (9x13 recommended ) usually in rows of 3 or 4 by 5. Sprinkle very generous amounts of brown sugar all over and in between the swirls. I use a whole 500g bag of light brown sugar. Pour 400 ml of heavy whipping cream in between all the swirls. Bake for 30 minutes or until the puff pastry has puffed up and browned and the sugar and cream have made a caramel sauce, golden, thick and bubbly ;) Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream. Variations include adding strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries before cooking... or you can add pralines, pecans etc.

Wedding cake #2. The client wanted the same cake design as last weeks wedding cake but half the size. I changed it up a bit with more flowers and some bling on the ribbon.

Gâteau de mariage #2. Le client voulais la même gâteau que j'avais fait la semaine passer mais plus petit. Alors pour changer le look un peu j'ai ajouter plus de fleurs et du bling sur la ruban.
