This Thanksgiving, I’m feeling especially grateful.

Grateful for slow mornings, flour-covered counters, the smell of fresh sourdough, and the opportunity to turn something I love into something I get to share with all of you.

I’m thankful for the little moments, the lessons learned, the friendships made, and every person who has become part of this journey.

🍂 What an incredible weekend at Little of This Fall Market! 🍂

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out to see me in Blackfalds, last weekend ,supported West Country Bakeshop, tried something new, or simply stopped by for a chat. And a very special thank you to the organizers Lorissa , Jermey & Amanda of Little of This Market littleofthismarket for putting together such a wonderful event. 🤎

One of the things that made my heart the happiest was seeing people come back on the second day to buy more after trying products the first day! 🥹 That, along with all of your kind words and compliments, truly means more to me than you know.

I absolutely LOVE the conversations I get to have with so many of you about sourdough — talking about its benefits, answering questions, sharing what I’ve learned, and helping others get started on their own sourdough journey. 🍞

Every loaf, bagel and cinnamon bun that leaves my table represents a whole lot of time and love, and seeing you enjoy them makes it all worth it.
