We’re deeply grateful to have been part of this community - from your morning coffees to special celebrations and everyday pastry runs.

With our final day of operation set for Monday, March 23, most retail items in l’épicerie are now 25% off in store - including all grocery products and books - while supplies last.

We’ll continue baking as usual over the next two weeks and would love to see you at the bakery before our final day. Please place your order online ahead of time (at least 4 days) if possible if you are planning to purchase larger amounts of baked goods.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Le Fournil over the years. It has truly been a privilege to bake for this community. 🥐

Farewell from Le fournil Bakery…

After much reflection, I (Pascale) have made the difficult decision to cease operations at Le fournil Bakery. Due to personal circumstances, the time has come for me to close this chapter and prepare for new professional opportunities.

Our last day of operations will be Monday, March 23rd.

We will continue baking as usual over the next two weeks as we gradually wind things down. I look forward to seeing many of you at the bakery before our final day of operation.

Starting today, most of our retail items are available for purchase in-person at reduced prices, while supplies last.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Le fournil Bakery over the years. It has truly been an honour to bake for this community.
