​Today was a dream! I had the absolute pleasure of catering the first High Tea of the season for the Mother’s Day event at the farm. There is nothing quite like the scent of lavender in the air to set the perfect mood for a celebration.

Hi everyone! I wanted to take a moment to officially introduce myself. My name is Nikole Johnston, and if you’re a fan of local markets, you might already recognize me from my time with Benji’s Bites (all-natural dog treats) and Hazelnut Cafe (artisan drinks and baked goods).

​I’m so excited to share my newest journey with you: Copper & Clove. 🌿✨

​Copper & Clove is where my passion for baking and hosting truly comes to life. I’m focusing on what I love most: fresh baked goods, custom cakes, and specialized High Tea Sandwich catering.

​Having spent over two decades in the food and customer service industry, I’ve learned that I am at my happiest when I’m creating and curating delicious moments for others. Whether it’s the delicate details of a High Tea—like the wonderful events I had the pleasure of catering at Purple Haven Lavender Farm last year—or helping a host feel at ease during a significant milestone, I find so much joy in the "tasty" side of life’s special moments.
