We’ve had a lot of new friends join us here recently, so we thought it was a good time to introduce our owner, Nadine! 👩🍳
Nadine is a self-taught baker who grew up experimenting with recipes and creating baked goods for friends and family. When she wants to learn something new, she researches, practices, and keeps working at it until she gets it just right.
She describes baking as being similar to the work of an artist or musician — an idea comes to mind, and she begins piecing it together, trying different ingredients and techniques until her vision becomes reality.
Her passion for baking comes from a love of creating things from scratch, just like in the old days. Even in a commercial setting, keeping everything homemade has always been a top priority for her — and that hasn’t changed as the business has grown.
What started with a love for baking from scratch has grown into something truly special, and we’re so thankful for your support!
