Baking has happened over the past 5 months, but posting about it is not my strength 😉
This morning’s mini cakes are chocolate cake, with ganache filling, chocolate buttercream and chocolate fudge buttercream. One had coffee crisps and coffee crisp clusters on it, while the other has chunks of eatmore bars 🤤❤️

It’s been a crazy busy year over here as we moved houses twice in 8 months, I picked up extra work outside our home, started some college courses, and 2 of our kids played a ridiculous amount of hockey.
Here we are, not yet unpacked in our new home, on summer break, and I was super excited to have time to do some baking 🥰
