Our Salted honey pie is one of our most loved pies. Like all Pie Ju**ie, every pie is made from scratch and by hand in our all-butter crust, but this delicious pie is in no small part thanks to the hundreds of thousands of bees that make our honey. That's right, a single bee spends her lifetime making a teaspoon of honey. Needless to say, we are super proud to partner with Bee Cube. Our honey is produced right here in Alberta. The ladies šŸ that work so hard making our honey forage just outside Calgaryā€™s city limits. The bees are happily going from one wildflower to another, collecting nectar from herbicide and pesticide-free fields at the edge of one of our pristine provincial parks. So every salted honey pie you eat not only tastes amazing and looks beautiful, but it also supports bees right here in southern Alberta.

Things Iā€™m grateful for: Spring colours, doing the flower pots at the stores. Spring flowers and green leaves - finally green! Iā€™m grateful for lemon cheesecake, creamy and tart- it was a favourite of my motherā€™s. She, too, loved all things tart - even for breakfast. Iā€™m grateful for my Mom and miss her every day. Iā€™m grateful for my children, who made me a mother, and my grandchildren, who remind me how precious each moment is. Iā€™m grateful for the patrons **ieyyc who have made us part of their day-to-day and their celebrations. Iā€™m grateful for the sound of song birds and buzzing Bees right here beside my coffee and me. They love the willows in spring. Iā€™m grateful that all our shops will be filled with beautiful pies sweet and savoury making motherā€™s days beautiful all over the city.
