A true taste of Italian tradition. Auricchio has been making its iconic Provolone since 1877, when Gennaro Auricchio founded the company in San Giuseppe Vesuviano, near Naples.
Made with Italian cow’s milk and Auricchio’s traditional recipe, this classic pasta filata cheese is known for its firm texture and rich, savoury flavour. Depending on the variety and aging, its flavour can range from mild and delicate to bold, sharp and pleasantly piquant.
