With two tiers full of love and personality, this cake is a perfect blend of timeless tradition and a little surprise. The bottom tier features our classic vanilla cake with fresh strawberry filling, while the top tier offers two flavors—vanilla and chocolate—paired with two indulgent fillings: Cookies & Cream and Biscoff.

There's something special when the outside of a cake reflects exactly what's waiting inside. 💚✨

This custom creation was inspired by the viral Dubai chocolate cake, but elevated with three layers of rich double chocolate cake, silky chocolate truffle, homemade pistachio butter, and crispy pistachio kataifi.

Every component—from the pistachio filling to the handmade pistachio macarons—was made from scratch because I believe the best flavors can't be rushed.

My favorite part? The soft pistachio, peach, and gold palette hints at every bite inside, creating a cake that's as cohesive in flavor as it is in design.

Beautiful to look at. Even better to slice into. 🤎💚✨

A vintage piped cake in all its glory. 🍊✨

One of my favorite parts of creating this cake was letting the outside tell the story of what's inside. Filled with silky white chocolate ganache, a bright orange filling, and soft vanilla sponge, every detail was designed to reflect those fresh, summery flavors.

It captures that nostalgic vintage charm while still feeling light, vibrant, and full of summer. I had so much fun bringing this one to life. 🧡

✨ What an incredible day!

This year, Adam's Bakery had the honor of being part of Cake Garden YYC, and it truly exceeded every expectation. After a month of preparation, seeing everything come together and meeting so many talented cake artists made it all worth it.

A huge thank you to the organizers for creating such a beautiful event. We're already looking forward to the next one! 💙🍋
