This custom “Oh Baby” cake features layers of lemon cake filled with homemade fresh strawberry compote and juicy strawberry chunks for the perfect summery bite.

The entire cake was frosted in 100% stabilized whipped cream — no buttercream and no added sugar — creating a light, airy finish that lets the fresh flavors truly shine.

We were honestly so surprised by how beautifully smooth the stabilized whipped cream applied while still keeping that delicate melt-in-your-mouth texture. It’s refreshing, soft, and perfect for anyone who loves a lighter style cake without the heaviness of traditional buttercream 🤍
