I haven't done any hard time consuming baking in quite a while and I was nervous about how this would turn out but I am so happy with it! GF Chocolate Cake with a Cookies n Cream filling. Used cookie crumbs for the "dirt" chocolate rock candy for the "rocks" and I made the "grass" by hand with fondant. I piped the name with an icing I made specifically to look like earth worms just to really top off the theme of the cake!

As you may have noticed I have not posted photos of my baking in quite a while, and to anyone who has messaged me asking for items I am sorry and have tried to answer everyone! I have been dealing with some health issues and hope to start baking again very soon! I appreciate all the support from my regulars and will throw in some extra goodies next time! ❤❤❤

The Perfect Valentine's Day Treat! Paleo Vegan Eggfree "Cheesecake" it was delicious! the crust is coconut, almonds, and dates! Sometimes I miss eating dairy, gluten, and refined sugars but when I can make something like this with fresh, clean ingredients i know I'm not missing out!

Okay everyone this is the last day to order your Christmas Platters! Please message me if you'd like one. pickup will be between the 21st and 23rd. These platters include Peanut Butter Truffles, Christmas Brownies, Shortbread Bites, Salted Caramel Pretzel Bark, and a Christmas Vanilla Cupcake. All Gluten free of course.

All baking freezes well if you need to freeze the items. Each platter comes with 4 or 5 different items on each and between 3-5 pieces of each item. 😄
