🇵🇸 Be honest, how many of you grew up eating this? 👀👇

The world knows about Gaza’s suffering. But how many people know about its food, history, and traditions? 🇵🇸

For the FIRST TIME IN CANADA, we’re introducing Kunafa Arabia, a traditional dessert from Gaza, made right here at Phillistines Bakery in Calgary.

This is more than just another kunafa on our menu. It’s a piece of Palestinian heritage that deserves to be known, celebrated, and passed down for generations. ❤️

Gaza has so much more to share with the world. And we’re proud to share a small piece of it.

🇵🇸 Have you ever heard of Kunafa Arabia before? Let us know in the comments. 👇

Peeling our fav fruit 😋

Okay, technically it’s Kunafa inside our freshly baked Kaak. But when it’s warm, crispy, cheesy & gives you that cheese pull… we’re allowed to call it fruit. 😌

Freshly baked Kaak, stuffed with our Kunafa.

Calgary, your turn. 👀🧀
