In a chaotic world, sometimes it's best to just keep things simple.

My first market of the summer season is tomorrow! I'm excited to be back at from 10-2 in my regular spot.

The Za'atar Feta Croissants were such a hit last time that I'm bringing them back. Filled with all that tangy almond feta, red pepper, sun dried tomatoes, and lots of chheeeeessse!

I’m feeling Spring-y even though the weather says otherwise. In case you haven’t noticed, I looove citrus, so it’s no surprise it’s front and center on the menu this Saturday. Lemon and lime and blueberries, it’s almost like a little burst of sunshine in every bite.

It's going to be a pretty meh day weather wise, so a good excuse to fill your weather woes with delicious cruelty-free pastries. We can pretend it's actually Spring in Calgary with all the fruity citrusy flavours I'll be bringing.

Come find me at the at the Cambrian Heights Community Association Saturday 3/28 from 11-3.
Is it too early for Spring flavours? It's meant to be no snow and 9 degress, so that's close enough for me! Until then, stare longingly at this caramelized onion croissant.
