So when I found myself with a whole bunch of beautiful blueberries, it seemed like a pretty good excuse to bring back the Blueberry Lemon Cheesecake Cruffins one more time.

CALGARY VEGFEST.

I’ve been working my way through a truly unreasonable amount of pastry to get ready for this one, and here’s what I’m bringing with me.

It’s my first VegFest and I’m pretty damn excited to be there.
