ENCANTO CAKE 🌸

I absolutely loved how this sparkly, floral cake turned out!

It had layers of buttery vanilla bean cake filled with homemade raspberry purée alternating with vanilla bean custard and topped off with french vanilla swiss meringue buttercream.

CAKE FIT FOR A QUEEN 👸

A few months ago I got to make this enchanted birthday cake for a little miss’ birthday featuring some of the prettiest princess’ around. I am a boy-mom so getting to make something like this was a real treat for me!

Inside you will find layer upon layer of buttery vanilla bean cake filled with a homemade strawberry jam and frosted with a super creamy swiss meringue buttercream frosting. The cake was decorated with fondant flowers, a pink fondant crown, a sparkly gold fondant and white chocolate tierra and some of her favorite princesses.

BOHO WEDDING CAKE 💍

This elegant wedding cake was made with layers of dreamy vanilla bean cake filled with lemon scented swiss meringue buttercream. It was topped with macarons, beautiful fresh flowers and edible silver leaf. A perfect wedding day treat!
