πŸ΄πŸ’• A LITTLE STRETCH GOES A LONG WAY!

Did you know that your horse can benefit from a little stretching after a ride? 🐎

Just like us, horses can develop muscle tension and stiffness, especially through their neck and shoulders.

In today’s reel, Roxy is demonstrating a simple lateral neck stretch that you can do with your own horse! ❀️

🌿 Why is this stretch beneficial?

🐴 Encourages gentle neck flexibility

🐴 Helps maintain comfortable range of motion

🐴 Promotes relaxation after exercise

🐴 Encourages your horse to move and stretch through both sides of the neck

🐴 Gives you another opportunity to bond with your horse!

✨ A FEW IMPORTANT TIPS:

βœ”οΈ Gently encourage your horse to bring their nose toward their shoulder.

βœ”οΈ Allow your horse to move at their own pace.

βœ”οΈ Never pull, force, or hold their head in an uncomfortable position.

βœ”οΈ Repeat gently on both sides.

⚠️ Remember: Every horse is different! Age, injuries, arthritis, and individual flexibility all play a role. Never force a stretch, and stop if your horse shows discomfort.

Sometimes the simplest things we do for our horses can make a difference in their comfort and mobility. ❀️

πŸ’¬ Does your horse enjoy a good stretch, or do they look at you like you’ve completely lost your mind? πŸ˜‚

🐾 Kero’s Kitchen: Doofy Dexter Anti-Gas Cookies πŸ’¨πŸͺ

Some dogs enter a room and bring joy. Others bring gas. Dexter apparently chose violence. πŸ˜‚πŸ’¨

Today Chef Kero is making Doofy Dexter Anti-Gas Dog Cookies, with herbs traditionally used to support digestion, soothe the tummy and help with the sort of digestive crimes that make everyone suddenly leave the room.

πŸͺ Doofy Dexter Anti-Gas Cookies

Ingredients:

* 2 eggs
* 1 cup oat milk
* 1 cup coconut flour
* 2–2Β½ cups white rice flour
* 1 cup coconut oil
* 1 cup pumpkin
* 1 tbsp vanilla
* 4 tbsp fennel
* 3 tbsp chamomile
* 2 tbsp marshmallow root
* A little drizzle of honey 🍯

Directions:
Mix everything together, adding the rice flour gradually until you have a workable cookie dough. Roll out, cut into shapes and place on a baking sheet.

πŸ”₯ Bake at 350Β°F for approximately 30–40 minutes, depending on the thickness of your cookies. Allow them to cool completely before handing them over to the furry quality-control department.

🌿 Why these ingredients?
Fennel is traditionally used for gas and digestive discomfort, chamomile for soothing the digestive system, marshmallow root for supporting irritated digestive tissues, and pumpkin adds fibre while being gentle on the tummy.

And honey? Because apparently even digestive-support cookies deserve a little luxury. Kero has standards. πŸ‘©β€πŸ³πŸ•

Save this recipe for the next time your dog turns the living room into a biological incident. πŸ’¨

Treats are intended for healthy adult dogs and are not a substitute for veterinary care. Check individual ingredients for suitability if your dog has medical conditions, takes medication, or has dietary restrictions.
