Happy new year all! Ive been absent here focusing on my family but I was so happy to be able to make these cupcakes for a 90th birthday party! They were a lot of work but worth it for a very long time friends mom.

Today I have made gluten free, dairy free cupcakes for a birthday party! Here is what I used for my cake base:

Bobs Red Mill 1 to 1 gluten free flour (primarily consists of rice flour and xantham gum)
Baking powder
Salt
Eggs
Canola oil
Sugar
Coconut milk
Vanilla bean paste.

11 Chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream,
1 chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream,
2 vanilla with chocolate buttercream, and
4 vanilla with vanilla buttercream.
I also have 10 unfrosted vanilla cupcakes that I can make buttercream any way you like!

I have a whole half batch of extra dough today if anyone needs cinnamon rolls, hot dog buns or hamburger buns or regular dinner buns for the long weekend! Can have them ready in an hour!

I also have 12 extra ham and cheese savoury scones!
