CAKE POPS! I've been making beautiful cake pops for events. These white ones are for a bridal shower and I couldn't be more happy with how they turned out.
If you are wanting to order some cake pops let me know! Tell me what flavor of cake you would like, what colour to make them, and how you would like them decorated (they don't need to be roses :) ).

This was a fun cake to make. It was a five layer vanilla cake with lemon curd filling.
It turned out so well, the cake was moist and the lemon curd set so they got nice clean cuts.
This was the first time I had been asked to middle a cake after some characters, and I truly enjoyed the challenge of copping the artists style.

Today on my vacation I made my first baked lemon cheesecake. I wasn't in my kitchen but I feel like this came out fantastic.

This was my first attempt at a pallet knife painted cake.
I think it turned out pretty well, I'm looking forward to improving my technique.
Inside is a raspberry cake flavored with real raspberries and filled with lemon mousse.

This is an order for a birthday party with a spooky theme. I love making these "decorate your own cookies" boxes, the royal icing is so vibrant.
