Almond croissants filled with almond cream and raspberry sauce (made from scratch), topped with more almond cream and slivered almonds, and then drizzled with dark chocolate and dusted with powder sugar. Not overly sweet, bursting with natural raspberry flavour. YUM!

Ooops, I played in the kitchen again 😀 and what I ended up with is . Recipe originally came from Bosnia but can be found in all Balkan countries. It consists of apples filled with walnuts, saturated in thin sugar/lemon syrup and topped with whipped cream. It is supposed to be eaten cold but I couldn’t wait lol
