Happy 40th Anniversary! We remade some original wedding cake flavours for this anniversary cake. Cherry poundcake with a cherry infused buttercream and fresh cherries layered inside. We also did a strawberry shortcake, strawberry buttercream with fresh cut strawberries, and whipped cream layered inside.

Happy 5th Birthday Cooper! I have to admit I got a little carried away with this cake as Cooper himself requested a volcano, dinosaurs- not “baby like” dinosaurs though, water, and a jungle. The volcano is a chocolate salted caramel cream cake with chocolate ganache, and a white chocolate ganache drip. The main cake was chocolate with American buttercream icing.
