Everything made fresh, in limited quantities, throughout the day. No day-old pastries. Each chimney cake is hand-rolled, baked fresh, and finished while you wait. This is not a marketing claim, it is a daily operational commitment. You are not getting something that was made this morning and sat under a heat lamp. You are getting something that was made for you. That is why it tastes the way it does.
