It’s been awhile since I posted as I’ve taken a bit of a hiatus. But I couldn’t resist posting this tuxedo cake I made for my own birthday.

Here we go: two chocolate cake layers spiced with cinnamon and coffee, double decked with thick layers of dark chocolate mousse, brownie chunks, and white chocolate cheesecake mousse, topped with dark chocolate ganache and decorated with brownie cake pop truffles and white chocolate shavings. Phew. HBD to meeeee 🥳
