A small story… but it made my whole day.

Yesterday I lost the right lens from my glasses — and it was turning into a big problem fast.

One of our dear morning customers, Paula, offered to help… and I actually refused because of the blistering cold and snow.

But Paula wouldn’t take no for an answer. She walked out to my car, searched around… and found the missing lens.

That kind of kindness is rare.
It reminded me once again why I love this place and this community.
